WellSpace Health provides primary care, dental and behavioral health sliding-fee services to patients who meet income qualifications based on the Federal poverty level guidelines.

Dental Houurs:

 Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.

 Wednesday, 1:00 pm- 5:00 pm.

 Thursday, 8:00 - 5:00 pm.
