Dental clinic hours:


Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30am to 8pm. 


Dental:
At 968 Fairfield Avenue Dental department and at the Paul P. Liscio Dental Center located at 46 Albion Street, preventive, restorative, and rehabilitative dental care is provided by the dentists and dental hygienists.

Sliding Fee Schedule Program:

SWCHC offers a Discounted Fee Schedule Program for patients who do not have insurance or whose income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty level.

SWCHC recommends that all new patients call the main number (203) 330-6000 for more information on required documentation.
