Provides exams, treatment, cleanings, and emergency care for financially eligible children. They take children up to age 21 who are enrolled in Medicaid or NC Health Choice; pregnant women with a Medicaid card; and children who have applied for Medicaid or NC Health Choice, but were declined, whose parents can pay a reduced fee at time of service.
