Primary Care Services - Providers are not on-site.  Individuals contact the clinic, who will in turn schedule an appointment with a provider at Altru or Valley Community Health Center.

Prescription Assistance - Emergency assistance with needed medications.  Assistance is typically provided for 30 days.

Emergent Dental Care Service -  Dentists throughout the community donate time to help provide emergency dental services for those experiencing severe dental pain. 

Vision Services - Provides a visit to an eye doctor and assistance with corrective lenses/glasses if needed.  

Hours:  Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm

Eligibility: Residents of the Greater Grand Forks area who are at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, who do not have insurance for the service they seek.
