Lower Lights Christain Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), LLCHC’s vision is to transform the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual and family at a time.

All services – medical, vision, dental, counseling, and nutrition care – are available to all who need it regardless of the ability to pay.

Services include:

• Preventative services, including cleanings, X-rays, fillings and extractions
• Restorative and emergency services
• Dental screenings for children and preventative services such as oral hygiene instruction, cleanings, topical fluoride applications and sealants

Sliding Fee based on income for the uninsured.

Dental minimum fee is $20.00.

Saturday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
