Step 3: Implant Placement

First, anesthesia is given to make you comfortable during the surgery. Then, the All-on-4 method is used to put four titanium screws in each part of your mouth. These screws act as a strong foundation for the fake teeth. It takes about 3-6 months for the screws to fully join with the jawbone. During this time, temporary dentures are worn until the screws are ready to support permanent replacements.
