Step 4: Implant Abutment Placement

Once the implants have fused with your jawbone, tiny parts called abutments are connected to securely hold the fake teeth. Then, the dentist creates molds of your mouth and sends them to a specialized dental lab. They use these molds to make a personalized set of artificial teeth. These teeth can either be removed or permanently attached in the mouth, depending on your preference and the dentist's recommendation.
